REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR MS-CIT TRAINING CENTER---2009

We take the opportunity to invite you for the application of MS-CIT Training center registration for 2009. Let me thank you for sending your query to us and wishing to be associated with us for MS-CIT.

We do acknowledge your trust in us (selecting PARTH INFOTECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ( TP Code – 21112 ) AS YOUR CHOICE OF TRAINING PROVIDER) and given us the chance to offer our services for the development of the “FRANCHISEE” of the MS-CIT.

On line application is expected to open any time in this month (August, 2008), prior to that we would like you to be familiar with the process of registration.

MKCL’S POLICY for the approval of application: -

1.Nominated faculty has to be “OnCeT Certified” – Faculty who scores the highest marks in the on line exam + assignment will be given first preference to meet the computing requirement (purely on merit basis).

2.An applicant has to comply the MKCL’s computing specification ( 01 PIV server + 05 PIV WORKSTATIONS in net working - for ATC, and ONLY 02 PIV FOR RIC—CENTERS AT GRAM PANCHAYAT LEVEL)—POST ONCET CERTIFICATION OF THE FACULTIES.
Steps:-
Ø At the time of application you need to nominate at least 4-5 faculties to be certified for the OnCeT exam---obtain the biodata of your faculties with complete postal address, photo, signature, email and mobile no. MKCL will issue the login to these Faculties to solve the assignments and upload on MKCL’S website. ( TOPICS FOR THE ASSIGNMENTS—WORD, SPREAD SHEET, EXCEL,ACCESS, RDBMS, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK, INTERNET,PIM), Please visit www.mkcl.org/mscit & www.mkcl.org/oncet for further elaborations. Faculty has to upload the assignments with in the given schedule. Probably 02 assignments swill be given from each topic and one week time will be given to solve and upload. It may run for30-45 days. Minimum PASSING MARKS IS 50 %.

Ø OnCeT exam fee per faculty is Rs. 1000/-
Ø COMMERCIAL DETAILS :
A)Annual registration fee RS. 3000/- (Refundable)
B)Processing fee—Rs. 500/- (Non-refundable)
C)Study material deposit Rs. 5000/- (Refundable)
D)Per faculty exam fee RS. 1000/-

Demand draft of Rs.8000/- towards the issue of the software license from MKCL ( SUBJECTED TO THE APPROVAL OF THE CENTER BY MKCL)

For RIC- (CENTER AT GRAM PANCHAYAT LEVEL) –Demand DRAFT of Rs. 1500/- & Rs. 1000/- only.

All payment will be made vide demand draft issued from any nationalized bank in FAVOUR OF MAHARASHTRA KNOWLEDGE CORPORATION LIMITED PAYABLE AT THE CITY OF RLC (REGIONAL LEAD CENTER).

Ø SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENS AT LOCAL LEAD CENTER AFTER TP CONFIRMATION :
A) Print out of online form (with seal and signature of the APPLICANT ORGANIZATION filled through AO LOGIN containing AO+ FACULTY Details.)
B) Print out of TP CONFIRMATION REPORT
C) PROJECT REPORT
D) Approval letter of project report
E) Bio data, photo copies of certificates, photographs (to be pasted)(center coordinator, head of the academics, system administrator, councilor
F) ORIGINAL DEMAND DRAFTS

Ø If an application is found incomplete it will not be processed further.
Ø If Faculty does not get “online certification, application will not be processed further.

Ø MS-CIT is a literacy course of 03 months duration, 04 batches in a year( JAN-09, APRIL-09, JULY-09, OCTOBER-09)
Ø On line learners Exam is conducted in collaboration of MSBTE and provisional certificate is issued at the exam center it self. Final certificate is issued by MSBTE after 60 days.
Ø MKCL will provide books to all the enrolled learners in MARATHI, ENGLISH AND HINDI along with the Learning management system CD.
Ø Every learner has to solve 08 IPT (INTERM PERFORMANCE TEST)prior to the on line final exam.
Ø For each work station 24 students are assigned, therefore a center has to ENROLL 24x5 work stations = 120+ 10% of self study mode = 132 students . (RIC - has to enroll 53 students)
Ø A center has to enroll at least 50% of the total intake( 132x4batches /2 = 264 students) in a year to avoid cancellation of the center.
Ø There are 03 modes of student enrollment fee payment ( 1st Installment -Rs. 2210/-, 2nd Installment –Rs. 2320/- and 3rd Installment—RS.2400/-).
Ø Every process is on line, every center will be requested to open an account with HDFC Bank Ltd. Payment mode —e-payment. ( Post approval )
